hi, forgive me on this, dont know much on linux commands, is it
zmprov -l(small letter L)(space)gaa |(pipe)less > gal.csv (or is it ok for any other file name?)
i've tried this syntax
zmprov -l gaa less > 05202012.csv
-bash: 05202012.csv: Permission denied
does it mean i have no permission to create the file? any help on this, thanks.

How to export global address list to csv file.
If you still want to try and do it with the command line, you probably need to change to the Zimbra user first.
On Ubuntu:
Code:$ sudo su - zimbra

I have also tried that, but when i click the download button it opens another window/tab with just a blank page without any error message displayed.
