 Email Attachments Opening in Web Browser
Hi! We use Zimbra Collaboration Suite and I have noticed the past couple of weeks users have complained about email attachments not opening. It appears to only be microsoft office attachments and not PDF and it does not happen everytime users open a office document. I have noticed when they click an attachment that it opens in the web browser and lately at times when they click the attachment it tries to open in a web browser but eventually the web page says "Internet Explorer Can't Display Page" so it seems to time out. It will even do this when clicking download.
I think a few weeks ago when microsofts monthly patches came out that this is when the issue started. Has anyone else had this issue with attachments? More importantly is there a way to configure Zimbra to open attachments in there correct program (office, pdf) on the Computer instead of in the web browser? |
