getting incoming mail delayed

Hi,

we have the 6.0.6 ga 2423 open source version, the issue is that today we are receiving mails sent since yesterday and in the queue incoming list are 300+ mails listed,

what could be the issue? and most important how can we solve it?

Have a look in the log files for any errors and also search the forums to see if there's any other threads with the same errors/problem.
