Migration from Zimbra OS 6 to Zimbra OS 7 Problems

Hey guys!!
Hope all is well.

I am trying to use the migration wizard in the Zimbra 7 administration page but I am running into some issues.
I retrieved the LDAP password for the old server (6.0) just fine.
When I go into the new Zimbra to start the migration process and enter the server name, port, etc and try to run the Migration I get an error saying:

ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49)

I checked the password from the old server and it's exactly the same one that I am typing/copying. I don't understand why it's not working.

Any suggestion on what might be happening?
