Is this a problem with Zimbra Desktop (you've posted this in the ZD forums)? Under what circumstances does this happen? Posting one line out-of-context doesn't exactly give us much information about what exactly has happened, what else is in there? Have you searched the forums for this error and tried some of the solutions?

That error seems to indicate a simple authentication failure, are you acrtually using the correct credentials?
