ZCS Multi-Server NE and FOSS

What I'm looking for:

Any scheme which allow communication (IM and Shared Folders) between all users from different domains and separate servers (NE and FOSS).

Yes, I know IM is a deprecated functionality, but we need it.

Motivation:

- Already paid NE Licenses for CEOs, Executives, etc. (About 350)
- Need to integrate the rest of the company without NE benefits. (About 950)

What I already have:

[ZCS FOSS Server] -----> [ZCS LDAP Centralized Server] <----- [ZCS NE Server]

The Issue:

- When access ZCS Admin Web on FOSS Server, I can see all accounts (even those who were defined on NE Server)
- When access ZCS Admin Web on NE Server, I can see all accounts (even those who were defined on FOSS Server)
* This makes sense since they share a centralized LDAP server.

- When create accounts on FOSS Server, licensed accounts from NE Server are occupied.
- Once all licensed accounts have been used, I'm able to still creating accounts on FOSS Server.
- Once all licensed accounts have been used, it is not possible to create any new account on NE Server (The "exceeded accounts limit" message is showed).I know this is the normal behavior of NE Licensed Accounts.

In this proyect we have:

- ZCS 7.1.2 RHEL5 NETWORK
- ZCS 7.1.2 RHEL5 FOSS
- ZCS Multi-Server Install
- Split Domains
- RHEL/RHCS HA

What is expected:

- Achieve communication (IM and Shared Folders) between all users from different domains and separate servers (NE and FOSS).
- Allow create new accounts on FOSS without NE benefits and without occupy licensed accounts.
- Allow create new accounts on NE with all benefits involved, occuping licensed accounts.

Any help would be very appreciated.
