Error file /opt/zimbra/log/zmmailboxd.pid does not exist

I have a problem to rename the hostname of my zimbra, the services to start zmcontrol status is as follows:
antispam Running
Running antivirus
Running ldap
Running logger
mailbox Stopped
zmmailboxdctl is not running.
Running mta
Running snmp
Running spell
Running stats
Running zmconfigd

to check the log zimbra.log:

Nov 28 12:42:03 zimbra3 zmmailboxdmgr [22786]: file / opt / zimbra / log / zmmailboxd.pid does not exist
Nov 28 12:42:03 zimbra3 zmmailboxdmgr [22786]: assuming no other instance is running
