Would like to update my zimbra mail to 7.1.3. Is it possible and how can I update it?

The Release Notes for each version of Zimbra tell you exactly what to do when upgrading your server and which versions can be upgraded - I'd suggest you read those first. As usual, take a backup before you do any upgrade and make sure you check the Release Notes for bugs fixed and possible problems.
