Also, on an unrelated topic. after i installed zimbra, my computer goes to sleep and won't wake up unless i reboot it. I'm accessing my computer through a vsphere console, i'm not sure if that would make a difference or not.

What do you mean by 'different account'? Are they local accounts or on another external mail server?

The error highlighted above simply means that, for whatever reason, ZCS can't contact the mail server at that IP address. Firewall problem?

That's rather a strange thing to do for a mail server? I'd suggest you stop it from 'going to sleep'.

Technically it's an external server but the two different mail servers are behind the same firewall. The servers are just not on the same domain. I can send e-mails to all of the other domains that i have tested but not these two.

The error highlighted above simply means that, for whatever reason, ZCS can't contact the mail server at that IP address. Firewall problem?

I'm not sure if it is a firewall problem. I have all of my ports setup to forward to the correct server. Also, any external mail account can send e-mail to either of the servers. But they won't email each other.

That's rather a strange thing to do for a mail server? I'd suggest you stop it from 'going to sleep'.

That fixed it.
