Default External POP3 account problem

I got this error when i logon to zimbra web mail

Error: system failure: Synchronization of POP3 folder failed, Invalid end of line character

Even when i remove the external account and reconfigured that account the error remains same.
We are accessing mails through web service only.

You need to give further details of this problem and you can start with the version of ZCS you have installed. Has this problem just started? What are the exact errors you see in the log files (posting one line out of context isn't much use).

My zimbra server version is ZCS 7.1.2
I got this error with 1 email account only. rest of all email id are OK.

I just removed the external account and recreated again.
Still the same error.

I just enabled debug using "zmprov addAccountLogger user@domain.com zimbra.soap debug" command.

In which Log file i can see the complete error details which is related to external datasource.

Default External Account Error

Dear all
Help me please.
I am trying to add external accounts and get the following for pop3 then testing zimbra show error

Note:If you continue to save account will be marked imachive


So if you change to connect internal mail server It work.

what the problem ?
