Default About to upgrade what settings/files are replaced?

I remember seeing somewhere (lost my notes) about upgrading Zimbra will overwrite some settings/files and to make sure those are backed up. I have forgot those directories and/or files that I made changes to, that could be reset to zimbra defaults. Can someone help me with what all is set back to "stock" after an upgrade.

I am going from 6.0.12_GA_2883 to patched 6.0.12_GA_2883 (fixes cal issue)

Zimbra will replace the configuration files to which you've made changes, unfortunately we can't tell which ones they are.

That isn't an upgrade, it just requires a patch to be applied and doesn't affect any changes you've made to Zimbra.

Just to be a bit more explicit. There is a patch file on the download page so do not download the full version, that will overwrite your settings - just get the patch and read the Patch Release Notes (on the same page).
