    Default Restore account fails

    Hello.

    I try to restore an account from a o full-backup from the Zimbra Administration Console.

    I choose to only restore one account, add the prefix restored_ and choose the suggested date.

    When the wizard is finish, the window is blank and I can click the finish button.
    The restore account is not showed in the account-list.

    I think the problem occured after I switched the disk I took backup to.
    Every newer backup i working but not the old ones.

    Is it possible to restore from this backup?

    System is: Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL5_64_20110928134534 CentOS5_64 NETWORK edition.

    you might want to watch /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log while you perform a restore and see if it has an error that could tell you whats wrong. optionally you could try the command line zmrestore which might give you more too

    Tried now to do it from the commandline with this command:

    zmrestore -a user@domain.com -ca -pre restored_ --rf --ignoreRedoErrors -d -lb full-20111008.230104.384 -t /mnt/backup/


    Get this error-messages.

    account.AccountServiceException: no such account: Account ID for user@domain.com not found in backup full-20111008.230104.384

    And a lot of other getty output.

    I have a cap in the backups for a week, but should I not be allowed to force restore from an older fullbackup?
