Newbie question on exporting e-mails to outlook

Hello everyone,

I would like to first state that I am a complete novice in networking and linux, so please forgive my ignorance.

Our company had our own CentOS e-mail server with ZCS installed and the employees used Outlook to do send and receive e-mails. But, the company decided to axe the e-mail server and outsource it to another e-mail hosting company.

The problem is the DNS has been successfully transferred, but e-mails did not and still remains inside the server. My questions is, is there any way for me export those e-mail files to outlook folders?

I am sorry if this does not make any sense.
