Calendar reminders are "late"

Hey,

One user is reporting that Zimbra is not reminding him of events on his calendar before the event in question.

For instance, it reminded him of an event set at 11am, at around 12:30pm (as a past event which was "overdue")

Why would it be doing this? Is it possible this is just user error (missed the notification first time around) ?

Are there any client or server settings to check?

Just to add - the event in question is a recurring event (every day, 11am) and looks to have been setup this morning at 9:39am.

Just a shot in the dark, but any time-zone / DST mismatches between the client PC and the Zimbra server?

Nope, no difference that I can see.

I have a similar issue here on our new deployment of ZCS 7.1.4 and ZDesktop clients. Would be great to find a quick answer to this as it is making our desktop users pretty unhappy at the moment.
