Rename trash folder

I have an outlook user that is used to deleted items going into a Folder named 'deleted items' instead of 'trash'. Is there a way to rename the 'trash' folder in both the web client and outlook?

The Trash folder is an immutable system folder and cannot be renamed by the user. You could change everyone's web client to display "Deleted Items" by changing the english localization message file (see the I18N/L10N forum for details), but that's probably not what you want.
