file prefix when downloading multiple files from briefcase

A user is complaining that when they select multiple files to download from the briefcase in a zip file, the files are all renamed with a number in the front, eg:

0000109025-textfile1.txt
0000109026-textfile2.txt

and that it didn't used to do this, and would send the zip with the filenames as you would expect.

Is there a workaround or fix for this?
