Zimbra backup error

Hello, I have two Zimbra servers, one production and one backup.
is called the production and backup mail.empresa.com.br called zimbra2.empresa.com.br.
Every day I backup and restore production of the backup, a problem that is occurring throughout life I restore the backup and start the services it zimbra2.empresa.com.br of the error:

host zimbra2.empresa.com.br

Running antivirus
Running ldap
Running logger
mailbox Stopped
mysql.server is not running.
Running mta
Running snmp
Running spell
stats Stopped
Running zmconfigd
when I copy the backup of the mail to the zimbra 2 before starting the service I use zmserverhostname.

any suggestions?
