I can not send or receive emails / No puedo enviar ni recibir mails

I have installed version 7.1.3 from 0 and attempting to send a mail to any address, internal or external, send all my emails to Deferred or delayed.
Look for information in the forum, google and a couple of friends, but I could not get to find the solution.

Tengo instalada desde 0 la version 7.1.3 y al intentar enviar un mail a cualquier dirección, interna o externa, envia todos mis correos a Deferred o Diferido.
Busque informacion en el foro, google y un par de amigos, pero no he podido llegar a encontrar la solucion.

Have you set-up a Split DNS (you need one behind a NAT router)? If not, take a look at some of these posts about the error you're seeing: +postfix +amavis +"Blocked MTA-BLOCKED" - Yahoo! Search Results

After reading the documentation, I found that there were two postfix running on the system, remove the incorrect postfix and everything started to work properly.

Luego de leer la documentacion, encontre que habia dos postfix corriendo en el systema, elimine el postfix incorrecto y todo comenzó a funcionar correctamente.
