Default Installing commercial wildcard ssl cert

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to install a commercial wildcard ssl cert on zimbra through the gui. It keeps asking to to generate a CSR, but I do not need it, the certificate is already signed. is there any way around this? i have been searching the forums but so much of the info is dated...does any one know a simple way to accomplish what I am trying to do?

I appreciate any help.
Thanks

Thanks, all the information I was coming across was for version 6 at the latest, mostly from last year as the most current.
Although what I was really looking for was a way to do this through the gui and bypass the CSR generation. I'll see what I can do with the info you provided. Thanks again
