warning mobile sync log

Dear all,

one of our customers encounters the problem that one certain email not be sync-ed to his iPhone. not sure what happened but we only saw this warning message in /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log :

2011-11-02 06:49:08,403 WARN  [btpool0-186://xxx.xxx.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?User=g20008&DeviceId=Appl85016MW83NP&DeviceType=iPhone&Cmd=Ping] [name=xxx@xxx.xxx.com;mid=246;Cmd=Ping;DeviceID=Appl85016MW83NP;Version=2.5;] sync - session 51987(ttl=1903000) being pruned before continuation resumes

Could someone advise what's the possible reason for this?

I am also having this same problem with the (session 5133753(ttl=900000) being pruned before continuation resumes) error

Any ideas?

User only has this problem with their iPad, Laptop and iPhone are correct, tried deleting account and rebooting then adding back in with no avail....

any help would be great
