share calendar with company?

How can a calendar be shared with all users automatically without having to specify each user? I would like to have it automatically added as well if possible versus having the users have to accept it. Sharing items is definitely not as user friendly when the user is using outlook versus webmail as well. =/

theres no way to do this while using hte web interface. we add users via a command line script that basically adds the user, then does a modifyfoldergrant of their calendar to share it read only with the entire company. in order to acutally have it added, you'd have to run another scdript that loops through the entier account list and calls zmmaiblxo to mount the new person's calendar.

So there is no way in general for even the server admin to share a calendar or have a company calendar for all company users without specifying each user? That seems like a huge design oversight.
