I don't really understand what question you're asking but the IM server in Zimbra is being removed and won't be in future versions of Zimbra after v7.x. You'll need to wait for ZCS 8.x to see what the solution for 'chat' will be, you can search the forums for further details of look in bugzilla for some of the RFEs.
