Zimbra 5.0 Kernel Panic, how to backup the data?

Hi
our Zimbra server crashed after about two years with a kernel panic error!
i tried but can't recover it, now i download and installed new zimbra inside VMware ESX and want to backup my data from old mail server to new one.
how can i backup the data using live Disks? i mean which file should i backup and how i can restore them?

You should go to the wiki (link at the top of this page) and search for the words 'disaster recovery', there are also examples (wiki/blog/forum threads) on how to move a Zimbra install to a new server - if the server move is a 32bit to 64bit then there's a wiki article that covers that in detail.
