Distribution List - adding new members

Hi,

I hope you can help me.
Im trying to add new members to Distribution List.
When i press 'SEARCH' (to list all accounts) i see there only two 'TYPES' : 'Email address' and 'Display name'.
I would like to see there also 'Description'.
Could you please let me know how to do that ?
Is that possible to add new TYPE there ('Description') ?

Not unless you give some details about the Zimbra product, version and release that you're using. You also need to give exact steps on what exactly you're trying to do.

In the Admin UI a Distribution List is in the left panel, is that where you're looking?
