perl Zimbra::SOAP or what else?

We've been using successfully Zimbra::SOAP with version 5.x, however it doesn't seem to work correctly with version 6x. Server process the requests without problems but the client gets server error 500 on some requests randomly.

We have a case in with support but have gotten nothing. Last request from support was a tcp dump, even though we told them we are using https (that should tell you something).

Other than creating local scripts that work with zmprov, what are others successfully doing out in the field?

Mostly this is for provisioning and accounts locking/unlocking.
