IMAP emails with attachments slow to view

mail.inline_attachments and double click it until the value column changes to false.

I'm using Thunderbird 2.0.0.21 and I'm having the same problem. I tried the above, but this didn't work. It's also tied to the View -> Display Attachments Inline option.

Has anyone solved this problem? Did Trevor's solution work for other people?

Sorry about that, I don't normally post in newsgroups because I usually get the answer from a Google search.

Even more embarrassing, I didn't even realize ZCS was a product. I'm just using Thunderbird and in all my searching this thread was the closest I found to someone complaining about the same thing.

I apologize and will continue my search in the appropriate places.
