Default Zimbra and Blocked Emails (SPAM)

I have a quick question, when the log shows that an E-Mail was blocked, and does not get sent to the Junk folder, are those spam emails gone for good or can they be recovered and recent?

The reason I ask is because I believe that looking at the log some of those emails were in fact NOT Spam and would like to try and get them back...

Thanks

Is this a question about Zimbra Collaboration Server or Zimbra Desktop (which is where you've posted)?

They're gone because they've been recognised as spam and have exceeded (for whatever reason) the spam score and remove from the server.

How do you determine that from a log entry?

I determined that because the email addresses they were coming from are people we have had contact with in the past.

And its the server I'm talking about

They would have been rejected because they exceeded the anit-spam score and the likelihood is they were spam.

In future please post in the correct forum that relates to your question. I'll move this thread.
