to check my mail server ip address: found 2

i have crrected the problem, and have requested removal!

i just found out that i am not useing any RBL

I went into zimbra web-admin, GlobalSettings, MTA, DNS Check:

how to find RBL to add?

Add it in the Admin UI.

You can search the internet for recommendations.

There is no 'recommended' list, you can use what suits you and that you find effective. You could start with the 'zen' RBL fro spamhaus.

As many as you can put in there but really, you should only need three or four at most (you can find recommended ones from an internet search, as I mentioned above). The ones you add should be in the order of the most effective one first and then lesser effective ones down the list - 'effective' in this context means for your server in your environment.

If you are small enough that you can use it for free, or willing to pay for it, I highly recommend Spamhaus.org's RBLs. They (along with one provided by our anti-spam vendor Sophos) are the only ones are trust enough to block, not just use for scoring.

We've been using and paying for Spamhaus's list for years.

I use 'b.barracudacentral.org' as one of my RBL's. It's free, but you need to register your mta IP.
