Fresh installing zimbra

Hi ,

we use on centos 5 zimbra 6 open edition mail server.On zimbra 500 user mail box and 100 distribution list.All user acces to mail server imap protocol.mail user box is unlimetd quato.
I want to fresh install centos6 and Zimbra latest version on vmware sphere.
I want to know your advice to begin installing.

by the way i want to know can i move old zimbra ( version 6 ) data ( mailbox , user account , distiribtiuon list ) on fresh installing zimbra ( latest version 7) server.

Did you look at some of the articles in the forums and wiki that give you complete descriptions on how to move from one server (and operating system) to another? If this is a move to a 64bit system from a 32bit system there is also a wiki article on that subject, I'd suggest a quick search for them.

i want to one more question.How to decide disk partition.I have 1 TB disk.just one root partition or partition mount point.

That article is not about moving Zimbra from one server to another it's about performance tuning.

You should not have your Zimbra install on the same partition (nor even on the same HD) as your root partition.

I ınstalled to new centos and zimbra.Everythings is working.Now ı want to move old zimbra data ( mailbox , ldap etc ) to new zimbra.
