How to downgrade from 4.0.3 to 3.1.4?

I have many problems with antispam system in 4.0.3 version, antispam system doesn' t block the spam mails and administration web interface doesn't apply the change on antispam settings.
which files I must backup to downgrade to 3.1.4 version?

Do not, under any circumstances, try to downgrade Zimbra to that release - it's unsupported and you'll probably have more problems that it's worth. Try fixing the spam problems in the current release.

haha yeah really don't try to downgrade! make sure you've actually got the antispam/antivirus stuff turned on, then if that's still not working well for you start by reading the spam articles in the advanced bit of the wiki - wiki.zimbra.com. the default install is quite conservative with the spam filters - you can do lots of tweaking to improve it, i would guestimate my tweaked installs catch around 99.5% of all spam and viruses.

upgrade to 4.0.3 antispam does'nt work

but there are many problems to upgrade from 3.1.4 directly to 4.0.3.
