Hello,

I would like to upgrade my Zimbra 6.0 installation to newer version. My question is what settings, catalogs, options will be overwritten to Zimbra defaults ?

The details on how to upgrade and what happens are in the Product Release notes (and it's been discussed in the forums), nothing is reset to defaults unless you've made any changes to the Zimbra configuration files.
