Thanks for letting me know about the change in status. I have reopened the bug, because I have been previously told that this is an Exchange Active Sync bug.
Since this error doesn't occur when Zimbra is connected to iOS via IMAP (where a user can map the folders correctly), it does seem like an EAS issue.
I would switch to using IMAP on my iOS devices, but unfortunately it doesn't support IMAP-idle for push notifications. |
