Best way to go with Zimbra

I'm relatively new to Zimbra and my superior asked me to dive into it..
So I would ask what is the best and shortest way to go for to learn Zimbra?
I Would appreciate redirecting me to free e-books, tutorials?

I'm interested in the french and english version.

After exploring the documentation setup your lab by installing Zimbra components on virtual machines then test the functionality of every component.
