Nobody is going to be able to give you any advice with that lack of information.

There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to send and receive email from a second domain on your server. You need to provide information about the problem and you can start with the Zimbra version & release you have installed. You should also look in the log files to see what the exact error is, you should also give an exact description of what you did when you added the second domain. You need to check the DNS records for both domains on your server and the first thing you need to do is search the forums for the answer - this question has been asked and answered many times.

Most probably a DNS setting or /etc/hosts file issue.
