Default Migrate complete Zimbra Server to new Server

Hi,

I´ve got some questions concerning a migration of a running Zimbra Release 7.0.0_GA_3077.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 NETWORK edition to a new server.

I want to install on the server, where zimbra is running at the moment, a virtualization like xen or vmware in which i want to run a windows 2008 server system for a solidworks pdm-server (3d cad system-file-server) and for zimbra a ubuntu-system. So my actual system setup is like this:

ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS
############-- Zimbra Server
############-- Webserver on SSH for Zimbra
############-- Apache for Website on port 80

What i want to setup is supposed to look like this:

Debian Sqeeze 6 with xen
################ -- as v-server Win 2k8 wit SolidWorks PDM Server
################ -- as v-server Ubuntu 10.04 for Zimbra and Webserver for Website

My question now is, how i can do the migration without loss of data. To setup the new server structure, i have to migrate the running zimbra to another server, so no mails or other data gets lost and when the new structure is done, migrate back to the new v-server.

Is there any tool to mirror a whole sever to another server since i'm afraid of what happens if the new structure doesn't work for some reason. In this case i need to restore the whole old server. As well it would be quite faster to install the v-server with the whole backup since i don't have to install again alls packages and zimbra and...

Can anyone help me on this problem?
