Default Admin panel dont display deferred mail

Hi all.
I have a zimbra 7 updated from a zimbra 6 and i have
a problem with the mail queue in the admin panel..
Its detects 3 mails deferred but dont show the info
about that mails....with the zimbra user in console
if i run mailq or postqueue -p the mail shows up normaly...
ssh "internel" connection works fine.... detects
the deferred mails and the admin panel dont display errors.

i attach a screenshot of the problem.

What errors do you see in the log files about the reason for the deferred mail?

That's not the problem, the queue might be being processed at the time the screen was refreshed. The problem is "why are they deferred".

Ok.. i give more info....for now this is a test server and
if all works as expected it will be our new server...
The queue nevers go out because it cant connect
to the smtp server and relay server...thats its ok
its on a lab...

the mails still are queue as deferred
mailq command:


-Queue ID- --Size-- ----Arrival Time---- -Sender/Recipient-------

Then you need to determine what the problem is that's causing the timeout. Make sure the firewall and apparmor are both disabled, look in the log files for any further errors, make sure all the services are running and do some more investigation on your server.

Ok i reboot the vm(for other thing) and miraculously now its working...
Today in the morning i restart the zimbra with zmcontrol but
still doesn't display the emails on the admin panel..

About the connection timeouts is because the lab dont have
access to the real servers.like relay server...so cant connect..

we can close this thread.

I have the same problem with section1. how to solve it, I've tried restarting the VM but still defered status: 01/01/1970. Please prompts. thanks
