Default Manage Mail Queues not fuctioning

Hi

I have a zimbra installation, where Manage Mail Queues are not working. I have upgraded it several times and at leat 4.0.2 and 4.0.3 FC4 versions are having the same problem. I have an other instance which is working.

Where should I start to track down the problem?

The problem

It's been covered a few times in the forums. Is there a firewall and/or SElinux active? Can you ssh to that box? Is the sshd daemon running?

Hi

Thanks for the hint.

The real reason was that I had restored the zimbra in diffrerent machine and the ssh authentication was not valid anymore. The reauthentication

try resetting the ssh auth data:

zmsshkeygen
zmupdateauthkeys
tomcat restart
solved the problem.

I had to restore zimbra on a new machine as well..

1) Restored /opt/zimbra from backup
2) Installed the same version of zimbra. (upgraded when asked)

All worked except for the Mail Queues.

Now they do.

Thanks,
Mark
