[ZCS NE 6.0.10 X64] problem with deleted emails

Hi,

we have a weird problem, one of our users deleted all emails from his inbox, but no free space was restored, the quota indicates the same as before (the trash is emty) and when we move the cursor over the inbox folder, the popup displays (0 object, 42 Mo), so no mail in inbox, but still the inbox consume space. We tried to reindex the mailbox, but with no success, it says that "there is no mail to index in the mailbox", so weird, at the end, we had to create another account and make a migration of the other folders (sent, drafts...etc.)

any idea?
