External Account Error

I try to configure external account in Zimbra Release 7.1.2_GA_3268.RHEL5_64_20110804132448 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition.

But When I try to test the external account I get this error using pop3

could you please post here the output of the /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log file, when you try to configure that account?
