Default External access to webmail for some accounts

Hi guys, i'm new here. I'm from brazil and I need some help.

I have to provide external access for some accounts. Just the manager of each sector can access your account, but i don't know how i do this.
If someone can help me, i will be thankful.

Sorry about the bad english, and thanks Google Translate. =D

i don't know if this work correctly, but if you set authentication token time to 0 seconds.. such accounts won't be able to login via webmail and email clients outlook etc works fine.
