Test passed, but cannot complete active directory auth config

Just like the title says, I can put in all the settings, hit test, test passed, but the "Finish" button is grayed out and I cannot continue.

I took a screenshot, but it's not hosted.

Settings are all correct as I can tell. What else can I check?
