Delivery temporaily suspended

I am using ZCS open source 7.0 With Rhel 5.5
My server IP is 125.*.*.*--live IP
and my domain name is sysnetglobal.in
my fqdn is mail.sysnetglobal.in
when i send to mail to other netwok message show the message sent but when i checked in mail queue then show pending and give the message
Delivery Temporaily suspended :mail for sysnetglobal.in to myself 1 message

Look in the log files and see what erros you've got then search the forums for an answer.
