Unhappy Zimbra Web Client can access only from same ISP

Hi, i successfully complete the installation of the Zimbra Suite, before i deploy to working environment i need to do some tests, and the only problem I have is that the web client is accessible only by connections that are from the same ISP (in this case 'amnet.co.cr'). Firewall is allowing the connections, im able to see when the connection from the ip is arriving to the server via Firestarter, but the web client access only from connections of this ISP, if i enter to mail.domain.com from another ISP (example 'ICE') the page simply stays in loading and then stops with a blank page.

Im using the public's ip directly without any router.

Why this behavior? Do i need to do something when i deploy my server to production environment for the server to be accessible from anywhere?

When i see the resolv.conf file shows me this:

Code:
nameserver 186.32.0.99
nameserver 196.40.3.8
domain amnet.co.cr
search amnet.co.cr
I think the problem maybe here.
I read another post and people in that file has something like

Code:
search domain.com
nameserver 127.0.0.1
why this?

Im totally new with this and i hope I explain clearly as my English is not so good.

Then you have a problem, there is no restriction on where you can access the web ui. I can access my server from anywhere in the world. I'd check your firewall rules to see if that's causing the problem.

Did you check it through static IP ?
Are you using a NAT for accessing the web interface ?
Use port 80 for zimbra web UI
and port 7071 for Zimbra Admin console
