I'm trying to figure out how to allow a user access to the admin console, but only so they can modify user's quota's. It seems like AdminConsoleCOSAdvancedTabRights might be the permission i'd like to grant.
Does this allow a user access to the advanced tab for a USER? Or just the COS?
