Force delete corrupt account

After a corruption of some kind, we managed to rebuild MySQL tables, but now havee a user account that is still corrupt and cannot be deleted, of even edited from web management and even zmprov da... also give same error:
system failure: fetching folder data for mailbox44

I really need to delete/recreate this user a.s.a.p. as mail is very important for him.

Is there a way to either force-delete this user in some way,
or
repair him/it.

Nope, been there, done that. I did also do a MySQL dump/restore.
There seem to be valid .msg files in the mailbox store folder...
