Default Where to download Webmin, Plesk and cPanel extensions?

According to Extending Admin UI - Zimbra :: Wiki, there are Webmin, Plesk and cPanel extensions for Zimbra Administration Console.

But where to download them?

I checked my ZCS 7.0 "/opt/zimbra/zimlets-admin-extra" directory, but could not find them.
