Same searches for all users

I`d like to improve the way my users use their cuota.

I think it's a good idea to "install" some searches (big mails, old mails, ...) to all users, so that they can remove bigger or older mails easily.

I've been searching the way to distribute this searches to all users (+800), but can't see the way to do it. Does anyone know how to do this?
