Default Virus Scan - How to exclude or exempt

Hi All

FOSS 7.1.2 Ubuntu 32bit

Zimbra av scan is falsely removing pdf files from a particular sender.
Where can I set exempts or whitelist behavior.
I don't see in admin panel.
I also see the emails with attachments in the virus inbox when I login to the virus account.

TIA

I never got anyword back on this.
My situation is a little different in this way.
All emails coming into Zimbra, in my case, has been properly screened by my upstream email server. Emails actually are forwarded from an upstream server down to zimbra.

Since that's my case, I turned off the vscan.
I upgraded to 7.2 recently so I don't know if it automatically turned back on the vscan. I haven't had any reports of that from users.

So, not ideal for you maybe to turn it off buit it was for me. Really didn't need it.
