zmmovemailbox failed - now users's mail is GONE

Luckily its the CIO who's mailbox is empty. I tried to restore it, but the restore is empty. I did not purge the mailbox. How do I get it pointing to the right mailbox on the other mail server?? emergency!!

I did a zmmailbox move from one server to another. During the move it lost connctivity to ldap somehow. Then failed. The pointer in ldap shows the new mailstore - but no mail. What do I do?

Nevermind - I got it.. I modified the zimbraMailHost attribute to point back to the old server.. whew.

had the same heartstopping problem the other day with a customer. did the same thing to put it back. we haven't figured out why it happens, but I suspect something to do with the same problem that the .tar.gz exporter is having.
