connecting 2 zimbras with LDAP

Hi all.

I currently have a server runing Ubuntu 8.0.4 and Zimbra 6.06 and its working great in the last 2 years.

I installed Ubuntu 10.04 and zimbra 7.1.2 on a VMware in order to use it as a backup server.

How can i do the following:

1. Sync LDAP from main server
2. Sync users and paa
3. Sync mailboxes
